Care at Breast Reduction Center USA is provided by board-certified plastic surgeons, led by Dr. Stephen T. Greenberg and including Dr. Stephanie A. Cooper.
Dr. Stephen T. Greenberg,
M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Greenberg is a double board-certified plastic surgeon with more than 30 years of surgical experience. He is certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery.
He received his college and medical degrees, with high distinction, from George Washington University. He completed his surgical training at New York Hospital–Cornell University Medical Center and trained further in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Greenberg is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the New York Regional Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Nassau County Medical Society, and the American Medical Association. He has been named one of the “10 Best Plastic Surgeons for Patient Satisfaction” by the American Institute of Plastic Surgeons and has been called on by national news outlets for his surgical expertise.

Do you perform only breast reductions?
We also offer breast reductions and body procedures following significant weight loss associated with GLP-1 medications. These procedures may qualify as medically necessary under a patient’s insurance plan and the practice assists patients seeking coverage.
Who will perform my surgery, and are they board-certified?
Yes, your surgery is performed by one of our board-certified plastic surgeons. Our team is led by Dr. Stephen T. Greenberg, who is double board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, and includes Dr. Stephanie A. Cooper, Dr. Jason M. Weissler, Dr. Jacqueline Ross and Dr. Lakshmi Nair. Board certification is also part of what insurers require for a medically necessary claim, which we cover on our insurance page.
